Zirbenstube & Wellness: Cozy lounge with a traditional heated bench and crackling wood stove. Fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and a private Infrarot - Sauna. Gluten-Free Holiday: We offer a free Celiac Box upon request with separate kitchen utensils (toaster, sandwich maker, etc.) for a safe and carefree stay.A place to arrive, unwind, and feel at home. Guest access Enjoy Nature Right Outside Your Door Behind the house, you’ll find a spacious natural meadow with a peaceful little stream – a truly special place to relax, play and simply breathe. Children can explore nature along the stream and enjoy carefree hours outdoors, while comfortable loungers invite you to sit back and unwind. The meadow is the perfect private retreat to slow down and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our cozy fire pit, sheltered by a canopy, is ideal for memorable evenings together. Whether you’re enjoying a barbecue, making traditional campfire bread, or simply ending the day with a glass of wine, this is where special holiday moments are made. Under the open night sky, you can soak up the tranquility of nature and admire the stars. The covered terrace and outdoor seating area are perfect for starting the day with a relaxed breakfast in the morning sunshine or enjoying a cozy dinner outdoors in the evening. A little piece of nature that is an essential part of our holiday home – peaceful, authentic, and full of those small moments that make a stay truly special. Other things to note Before Your Arrival Before your arrival, you’ll receive our House Guide with all the important information about the holiday home and the surrounding area. As our wood-burning stove is a special centerpiece of the Zirbenstube, we’ll be happy to take a few minutes when you arrive to give you a brief personal introduction and show you the most important features of the house. This way, you can settle in comfortably and start enjoying your stay right away. A local tourist tax applies during your stay. This is paid locally and is due in cash upon arrival. As our holiday home has been furnished and decorated with great care and attention to detail, we require a €200 security deposit. This will of course be returned after your departure and once the property has been checked. In most cases, this is a simple and hassle-free process.
