Lounge on the deck overlooking the lake and watch the beautiful sunsets. This home is great for larger extended families or groups. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry on the upper levels and a lower level unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room and laundry with outside entry. Front door, rear and side doors on lower level. I’m available by phone should guests need me. I typically leave guests plenty of space to enjoy their stay but I’m quick to respond should they need anything. Home has two separate units with no access from the inside to the lower level. Beautiful quiet neighborhood in private setting but close to great restaurants, shopping and recreational facilities and great shopping if you can find it within to leave the lake. No neighbors on either side of home. The home sits on a open main channel with quiet coves on both side. You'll find Biking, jogging, water sports are within a few feet. Uber & Lyft are available. A car is needed or one can travel by boat to restaurants on the lake. If you would like to rent water sports equipments, there is information in the House Manual as well a Lake Effects Boat Rental Terrell NC Lake Norman Jet Ski Rentals Lake Norman Play and Stay Menus are provided so you can plan accordingly.
