This 5500 square foot home is great for entertaining and was built in 2006. The home boasts a 5500 square ft and an open living room/Kitchen. The massive 12 foot dining/conference table seats 14, with additional seating for seven in the great room. The great room has 18 foot ceilings, a 65" TV, bar, Brunswick antique full size billiard table, 22 foot antique shuffleboard table, and bar room with piano and yeah a massive South American teak bar, as well as many other jaw-dropping antiques from the past. There is also 1000 square feet of balconied open space on the 2nd floor great for an office or a children's play area. Relax 6-person sauna. There are a total of 7 king beds, 1 double bed, and 2 singles in 5 bedrooms and 1 large sleeping loft This property is dog friendly (speak to owner). Bedroom 1 has a King bed, custom shower, and jacuzzi tub. Bed 2 has a King bed and double bed, custom shower and deck. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and private bath. Bedroom 4 has a King bed, Bedroom 5 has a king bed and optional crib (beds 4 and 5 share a bathroom). There is a 6th king bed sleeping area in the 2nd floor loft, with two single beds. (Total bed count 7 kings 2 singles, one double). Crib and packnplay available upon request. Outdoor space is entirely gated and fenced to provide safety for children or a pet. There are 4 decks positioned around the home for private outdoor spaces, and a grand 50'X8' farmers porch. The professional kitchen is outfitted with 4 foot fridge, 60” 6 burner oven with griddle, wine fridge, dishwasher and extra large walk-in pantry. There is also a Weber gas grill off kitchen. A note before the Description: Extra Covid cleaning measures are occurring including making sure all touch points are anti-viral sprayed even after a thorough cleaning.
