A King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two queen size beds in Bedroom #2. Ceiling fans in every room and a washer and a dryer in the home. The back door accesses directly to the the swimming pool area. Fast WiFi and parking on the driveway for two vehicles. House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee. (2 max). The space This 2BD/2BA ground floor home is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. The home has a large flat Roku TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two queen size beds in Bedroom #2. The Master Bedroom has a Roku TVs and ceiling fans and there is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer conveniently located in the home. A French style door connects you with the wonderful and tropical patio, featuring a huge swimming pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property and free parking for up to two vehicles. The property is pet friendly for house trained pets (pet fee required - 2 pets max) The wonderful South Padre Island beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as Palms Cafe and Black Beards, two favorites! Please note the swimming pool and the SPA are NOT heated Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. The pool is not heated. This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors.
