The Victorian is 3,200 sq ft and located at 109 Pawnee Avenue in Manitou Springs, CO 80829. The Manitou Springs Library across the street hosts free concerts on Tuesday nights. A band plays in Soda Springs Park on Monday nights, a leisurely walk. This home has eight bedrooms and three and a half baths: 1st Floor: half bath with 1 Queen bedroom and laundry with shelves of toys and games for all ages. 2nd Floor: two full baths with 1 King bedroom, 3 Queen bedrooms (1 without a door) and 1 twin bedroom, a 12 x 20 ft deck with views plus a 10x10 ft deck over the front porch with access from one of the queen bedrooms and the twin bedroom. 3rd floor (with sloped ceilings and steep stairs as this is a very old house and this area is recommended for children ages 7+ or young adults) has a full bath with one bedroom with two double beds and one with two twin beds. The quarter acre backyard offers privacy with a great outdoor gathering space, handicapped accessible patio with electric lighting, gas grill, granite countertops, gas fireplace with outdoor dining area with seating for 32, a summer water feature, gazebo and the original Manitou Jail. It also has a ping pong table, small basketball area, horse shoe pits and a fire pit for use when city ordinances allow. The center lawn area is ideal for croquette, badminton, volleyball or Whiffle Ball. There is a children’s play set and up to six adult bikes and three children’s bikes for the local bike paths.
