After spending years renting in the Seabrook area ourselves, we finally made it our own. Seabrook is truly the best beach in the Seacoast area... away from the day trippers and close to the amenities. . Guest access We've worked hard to provide all the amenities for a great stay, and welcome any special requests! Keyless entry, Cable, WiFi, grill, washer/dryer and all appliances.. If it's not in a locked cabinet, it's there for your use! Parking for up to 4 vehicles, with additional parking pass available. Beach stuff~ chairs, cart, umbrella, games provided for summer fun. Other things to note Prices for rental fluctuate based on the season and demand. Off-season rates are available. During the summer months (Memorial Day - Labor Day) rental is weekly, Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 2p, check-out at 10a Rentals of less than 7 days are subject to an additional $150.00 cleaning fee
