The open floor plan and loft-style living room and game room with 16 ft windows make the condo ideal for families or groups – plenty of room to entertain, relax and enjoy your stay! Only ½ block to one of the best beaches in LA! Enjoy a daily walk on the Venice Pier for sunsets and checking out the surfers up close. A main strip with tons of restaurants, shops, surf lessons, bike rentals, etc. is only 3 blocks away. The condo is fully equipped with wifi, Roku, BBQ, pool table, games, fireplace. We also have a fabulous central air conditioning system which is rare in homes near the beach. There is one secure, gated parking space for your use. Another may be purchased for an additional $20 per night - based on availability and must be requested in advance. The loft game room has a pool table, darts, board games and a tv. There are two outdoor spaces – the upstairs patio with tables & chairs and another balcony right off the kitchen with a gas BBQ grill and a hammock. For convenience the condo has a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking and includes dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, pots/ pans, dishes, starter spices and a wine fridge. We provide shampoo, soap and conditioner. The game room has a full-sized futon that can be pulled out for sleeping. This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer and one parking space in the gated garage. Automated check-in makes arrival a breeze. Walk to EVERYTHING!! No need for a car, you are already at the beach and only 2 blocks from Venice Pier restaurants, markets, bars, bike rentals, surf lessons and shops!! The neighborhood is friendly and social, full of walk-streets and gardens. A fun nearby walk is to visit the famous Venice Canals. ***Terms 3 night minimum stay for weekends. Holidays have higher rates and/or minimum stays – please approve any exceptions before booking. No parties or loud music after 10pm.
