The apartment is a 4-minute walk from Melun Train Station. It's a seven-story building. The entrance is secured by an intercom. Sometimes, the common areas are affected by cigarette smoke left by some residents. However, I assure you that once inside, you will be won over by the apartment's impeccable condition. The balcony offers you the perfect setting to relax while enjoying stunning views over the rooftops of Melun. The space It's a 25 m2 apartment on the 7th floor with stunning views. It's very peaceful and relaxing. You will find a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room and a double bed (2 people) in the bedroom. The dining table facing the magnificent view will offer you a five-star dining experience. You'll also find a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all other necessary amenities.
