Up stairs has screen lanai overlooking the water has seating and when you come down stairs to the back yard there is another screened lanai with patio furniture, a Grill, Fire Pit and seating so sit and relax around the fire but don't forget your favorite beverage. Our canal of fresh spring water is why the manatees are seen in our canal, they choose a quiet section of the waterways to come and relax from the many kayakers and boaters on the main section of the river. Weeki Wachee marina is just across the street and has many small boats but they are first come first serve.
