The back has Charcoal and gas grills that are also shared with the front house, but ample as there are 3. Small sitting area with umbrella and full sized picnic table and a laundry rack for drying your suits and towels. We have complimentary beach chairs but we do Not supply beach umbrellas. We are not always available in person, but are available via phone. Helen, our Key hostess, is also always close for any questions or otherwise. You are in downtown Rehoboth block and a half to the boardwalk and two blocks to the main drag and all restaurants etc. You are in the heart of downtown Rehoboth. Once you park your car you can walk or bike anywhere. The Jolly trolley picks up right at the bandstand by the boardwalk envelope with Avenue. You can use that to get back and forth to Dewey beach. UPPER COTTAGE PET POLICY For Previous Bookings: At the Beach Retreat Upper Cottage we allow dogs under the following conditions: - weigh under 40lbs - shorthair (non shedders) - stay off the beds and furniture - they they be crated or put in eating area and kitchen using doggy gates. We require a non-refundable pet fee $125 for 1st Dog additional $50 for second dog with prior approval at booking or shortly after. LINENS Linens and towels are NOT included in your rental. We are sorry for the inconvenience but due to the quick peak season turn overs of check in and check out, and the 21 beds throughout the all units at the BEACH RETREAT, our key hostess and cleaners are not able to launder and change linens within the few hours. We supply extra blankets, extra pillows and clean comforters. We can suggest local linen companies upon request. There are 2 Queen beds in the Upper Cottage.
