House on the North Coast of SP with sea view

Relax in this house in a quiet and safe location for 8 people. Complete with living room, kitchen, household utensils, furniture, and everything else for your stay. Located less than 150m from the beach, it has a gourmet balcony with barbecue grill, and a privileged view of the sea! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet: The 1st is a suite with a double bed, AIR CONDITIONING. The 2nd has a double bed. The 3rd has 2 bunk beds (4 single beds). Extra mattresses upon prior consultation. The space The house has 3 floors (2 included in the rental, 1 closed for improvements, which is the basement). It has a gourmet balcony with barbecue and sea views and has 3 floors. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, within a small and safe community of just 4 houses with local residents, and upon arrival you will have 1 (one) private space for 1 car. It is the first one counting from left to right. Upon entering through the main door, you will be on the upper level (1st floor), where there is the living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bathroom (toilet), and a gourmet terrace with barbecue and hammock, which has an exclusive and wonderful view of the sea and nature. The full kitchen has all the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay. On the 2nd floor, down the internal staircase, there are bedrooms and complete bathrooms that include: - 1 suite with double bed, private bathroom complete with shower, AIR CONDITIONING, extra mattresses (on the floor) upon prior consultation, and balcony. - 1 bedroom with double bed, drawer, and exit to the laundry room. - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (four single beds) and balcony overlooking the backyard. - 1 extra bathroom complete with shower. - 1 laundry room, which is accessed through the side door in the double bedroom, with sink and clothesline. ** 3RD FLOOR TEMPORARILY CLOSED (basement) ** Attention! The third floor, which is below everyone, is temporarily closed. It is not under construction, just closed for improvements. Guests do not have access to the 3rd floor, which is blocked. It is important to highlight that no part of the house is shared with other people or neighbors. The only common area, shared only with neighbors, is the main entrance hall outside the house, just as you enter through the main gate. Guest access The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. All properties in the area are residential, and the nearest commerce is 250m away from the house, and Praia Deserta is 150m away. In the house, the guest will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, which consists of 3 (three) private floors. ATTENTION: Temporarily, only 2 floors are included in the rental. The 3rd floor is undergoing improvements and has no access for guests. It is not a renovation, it is just being redecorated without causing any disturbance to guests. When arriving in front of the house in the outdoor area, parking is shared with 3 neighbors, each with their own individual parking space without coverage. More vehicles can be parked free of charge on nearby streets. 1ST FLOOR (ground floor and main entrance floor): - Living room with sea view, sofa and 42" Samsung Smart TV. - Dining room with sea views. - Half bathroom, known as a bathroom with toilet and sink. - Complete kitchen with sink, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, cabinets, blender, glasses, cutlery, plates, pans, small hanging table for quick snacks, detergent, sponges, jugs, thermos, coffee strainer, and others necessary utensils. - Covered gourmet terrace with barbecue, chairs and table, and with views of the sea, Ilhabela, São Sebastião bay and nearby mountains. - Barbecue with skewers and grill, located on the balcony overlooking the sea. 2ND FLOOR (bedrooms and bathrooms down the stairs): - 1 suite with double bed, AIR CONDITIONING, closet with clothes rack, private bathroom complete with shower and balcony overlooking the outdoor area. - 1 double bedroom with double bed, large dresser and exit to the laundry room. - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (four single beds) and balcony overlooking the backyard. - 1 extra bathroom complete with shower. - 1 laundry room (service area) with washing tank and clothesline, which is accessed through the side door in the double bedroom. ** 3RD FLOOR TEMPORARILY CLOSED (basement) ** Attention! The third floor, which is below everyone, is temporarily closed. It is not under construction, just closed for improvements. Guests do not have access to the 3rd floor, which is blocked. The house is close to several beaches, accessible on foot or by car. The nearest beach is called Praia Deserta, which is approximately 150 meters away from the property, but there is no parking. Other beaches can be found nearby both to the north and south, using the main road. Near the house you can find supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants with parking, bakeries and takeaways. Other things to note The house is next to 3 other houses within a small gated residential condominium, where the residents are local families. The condominium is family-friendly, so I ask that the noise moderation rule after 10pm be respected! The host speaks Portuguese, English, Italian, and a little Spanish. An original identification document, such as ID or CNH, may be requested before the guest enters the property. ATTENTION: the house only has 220v! => ATTENTION about SHOWERS... If during your shower the shower stops heating up, don't worry, it did NOT burn out, it was just the circuit breaker that deactivated itself. => HOW TO PROCEED: If this happens, go to the kitchen, and next to the door there will be the circuit breaker box. Carefully check the third relay from top to bottom of the left column, and if it is off (in a different position to the others) just turn it back on. Take advantage and check if anyone else has the same problem and repeat the operation.
