Located in a small, quiet complex right on Morro Bay’s Embarcadero, you’ll be just steps from the best of the Central Coast: seafood spots, local shops, wine bars, kayak rentals, and waterfront strolls. When you're out and about, you’ll feel the lively coastal energy. When you're back inside, you're greeted by peace, comfort, and the gentle sounds of the bay... with maybe a happy seal or two in the distance. Even better? You can bring your dog along for the fun! Condo Features: • Gorgeous elevated views of the bay from your private deck, perfect for sunsets, seal-spotting, and sipping your favorite drink. • Furnished with high quality, comfortable beds and furniture. • Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven with everything you need to prepare a meal • Living room with gas fireplace built into the wall, adding ambiance as well as warmth for your comfort. • The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space. • Living room also has a large TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa that makes into a queen-size bed. • Full bathroom has a large step in shower • There is also a half bathroom • Shared garage for 1 vehicle to park in right outside the unit (please note garage clearance of 6’, not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street) Managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, this condo is sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a carefree coastal escape. No Smoking. Dogs allowed and must comply with pet policy, 1 Dog under 40lbs allowed in this unit. Daily pet fees apply. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted. Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance. This unit is just one of three nearly identical condos in the building. Once you experience life on the bay, you’ll be planning your return before you even leave. Checkout Requirements: To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation. Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge. Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes) Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats Lock all doors and windows Return any provided keys as instructed If your reservation includes a pet: Clean up all pet messes, including waste in the yard or outdoor areas Properly dispose of all pet waste in outdoor trash bins If pet waste is not cleaned up, an additional pet cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee. By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies. **Additional Notes: Check-In Time 4:00 PM | Check-Out 11:00 AM No Smoking 1 dog under 40LBS allowed, must abide by pet policy, nightly pet fees, $10 per pet, apply.
