One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Guest access smart lock code will be provided before arrival Other things to note Lakefront property with 3 levels of panoramic views. This property is geared toward families or very respectful adult getaways. Boat slips are only for owners' use as they are custom-made to fit our specific boats. Guest may contact Briarcliff or Lakeway Marina for Boat, Slip, and personal watercraft rental. Guest may temporarily tie up to our side of the dock to load and unload.
