Plenty of outdoor seating and a lakeside picnic pavilion offer a great place for an outdoor meal. Open Concept Main Floor -Fully equipped kitchen with a Kitchenaid Mixer, Ninja Blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, a full knife set amongst every gadget you could need, and more! -Dining space overlooking the water with ample seating and incredible views. -Living room features a Large Screen Smart TV with Roku and YouTube TV -Plenty of comfortable seating with large windows to take in the incredible views and those amazing Lake Travis Sunsets -Bedroom that sleeps a queen bed and a full bathroom. -Laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer ready for your use. The bottom bunks are full-sized and the top bunks are twin-sized beds. -Full bathroom accessible to the bedroom and game room, Due to current water levels there are currently no public boat ramps open. There are currently over 60 stairs down to the boat dock and it is not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues. While we provide an assortment of life jackets should you need them, ultimately it is the guest’s responsibility to provide life jackets that securely fit all guests in your party including children. The slips at the bottom of the house are not available for guest boat use as they are custom-made for certain boats and the boats are kept there year-round. All guests must be at least 25 years old to book and are required to sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. All guests must submit ID for verification. We are Pet Friendly. We allow up to two dogs only. No other pets allowed. We have a $200 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone in the property. The Home is located in a quiet, eclectic, residential area of lakefront vacation homes. Nature is all around you with great lake views, huge trees and dock access. NO PARTIES ALLOWED All Occupancy violations will result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund. A maximum of 4 cars are allowed in the driveway. Absolutely no parking on the street allowed. Additional vehicles will result it vehicle being towed and towing charges paid by the guest. Driveway with parking for up to 5 cars. Please do not park on street We are 15 minutes to Lakeway, Bee Cave, and Austin with plenty of shopping NO PARTIES ALLOWED Lakefront property with 3 levels of panoramic views. This property is geared toward families or very respectful adult getaways. Boat slips are only for owners' use as they are custom-made to fit our specific boats. Guest may contact Briarcliff or Lakeway Marina for Boat, Slip, and personal watercraft rental. Guest may temporarily tie up to our side of the dock to load and unload.
