Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. The space Located on the second floor of the A building, this warm, welcoming condo offers 965 square feet of living space that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Enjoy leisurely moments on the covered balcony, which overlooks a serene landscape of pines and distant mountains from this well-positioned condo! An open concept great room awaits in this Snowmass condo, where it’s easy to enjoy moments together in between hours on the ski slopes. Warm up in the living room by the large stone fireplace, where the convenience of a gas fireplace and the ambiance it creates on a winter day provide both a practical and aesthetic use. The living room boasts comfortable easy chairs and a sofa that can also be converted into a bed for additional sleeping accommodations. It’s hard not to let your eyes wander to the wall of glass doors, where a serene landscape can be enjoyed. Bring your coffee out onto the balcony in the morning to inhale the refreshing mountain air as you gaze out over green pines and distant mountains. Life away from home is made easy in this condo, where you’ll enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen. This unit’s well-equipped kitchen offers full sized appliances, cookware, and tableware. Whether you prefer the convenience of fueling up on breakfast while still in your pajamas or saving on the budget by preparing multiple meals in throughout your stay, cooking is always an option from the comfort of this condo. Meals and snacks can be enjoyed casually from a high-top chair pulled up to the island, or more formally from around the adjacent dining table that seats four. After playing hard on the slopes of Snowmass, your body will be ready for a solid night’s rest. This condo offers comfortable sleeping accommodations with everyone enjoying the privacy they desire. The master bedroom boasts a spacious king bed and an en suite bathroom with a glass and tile shower. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two twin beds that can also be converted into a king upon request. A second bathroom is located across the hall from bedroom two and offers a full tub and shower combination. Enjoy all the best of Snowmass from this welcoming family condo! Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges.
