Other things to note * Ca Nicoletto is a holiday rental apartment; therefore, the signing of a short-term tourist lease agreement is mandatory. * Upon check-out, the apartment must be vacated entirely, free of people and personal belongings. * Subletting is strictly prohibited. The stay is permitted exclusively to the guests who have been properly registered at check-in. * Within 24 hours of arrival, guests are required to communicate their estimated arrival time in the city and their means of transportation, in order to ensure more efficient assistance.
