You will have access to the swimming pool and summer kitchen. Please have in mind that swimming pool and the summer kitchen is shared with other guests. You can also use lounger in the garden. Each lounger has a premium towel. Feel free to use the lawn in the garden and sweeten with seasonal fruits. August is the best time of the year to eat fresh figs. Pick some herbs for lunch. Other things to note Payment and Tourist Tax Information: In accordance with local regulations, it is necessary to pay a tourist tax before leaving the property. The tax rates are as follows: Adults (18 years and above): 2.50 EUR per person, per night. Youth (7 to 18 years): 1.25 EUR per person, per night. Children under 7 years of age are not charged. A mandatory law requires every guest has to present valid government ID upon check-in. In most cases, we will ask you to provide us with personal information before arriving at the apartment or at the time of booking. Persons other than registered guests are not allowed to stay in the house or apartment. When you arrive, someone will meet you to greet you and hand you the apartment keys and will explain the basics. In some cases, when arrival times are outside of normal hours we may send you instructions for a self-check in.
