Fully equipped cottage located in the seaside resort of Langrune-sur-Mer, at: - 100 m from the sea, on the landing beaches. - 400 m from shops (bakery, tobacco,...), sailing club, restaurants, casino. - 17 km from Caen - 1 hour from Deauville - 1.5 hrs. from Mont Saint Michel The pleasant beaches allow beautiful walks, between the horizon, white beach cabins and multitudes of historical tours that the past offers us. The space The cottage is functional and perfectly arranged! Fully-equipped kitchen: - Fridge - Dishwasher, - Dual function oven: oven + microwave - Hood connected to induction cooktop - Dining table - Dishes - Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle - All cleaning products and kitchen linen are at your disposal. The living room is composed of a sofa bed, convertible comfort poltronesofà and a double bed on the mezzanine. Bedding is also included. You also have a TV, closet with wardrobe, vacuum cleaner and iron. The bathroom? Shower, toilet, closet with built-in sink, hairdryer. Towels & toilet gloves will be provided. And finally for the outside: the terrace is equipped with a dining table, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Guest access You can park your vehicle for free on the street in front of the cottage, there is little traffic. Other things to note The maisonette is individual, you have your own terrace. The top bed is on a mezzanine, it is more suitable for people who are not too tall. Rental is only by the week from Saturday or Saturday in July/August.
