The space This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 466 square feet. You will enjoy 2 two double beds OR king bed in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer and balcony. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two. Views and bedding are not guaranteed. This will affect ability to book certain rooms, access to unit balconies and access to the pool and spa areas. As of November 1st, Towers on the Grove will no longer have access to the fire pit gathering area, gazebo and grilling areas. These areas are owned and operated by an outside company and this company is anticipating a repurposing of this area. This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. Arrivals and unloading located on the ground floor in breezeway. Right lane for unloading and left lane for through traffic. Lobby and registration desk located on the 3rd Floor/Lobby Level. This resort offers alternative suite entry points to provide you the best views. As such you'll experience floor plans unique to this destination, including some suites that include a bedroom as the entry point. Not all suites are oceanfront or oceanview. The Boulevard 2-bedrooms do not have a balcony. Most of the one-bedroom oceanfront suites have two full size beds. Standard suites have a small galley-style kitchen and a dining room area that accommodates 3 to 4 people (varies per suite). This resort has limited activities available. This is a non-smoking resort; smoking is not permitted in the suites or balconies. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground level of the parking garage. The water slide is seasonal (May – September). Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. If reservation guest name needs to be changed, please contact via Airbnb message board, or call Extra Holidays at phone:800-917-1591. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
