West Inn on Weston - Great for Family

In addition to being an AirBnB Superhost, we are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website, and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us. The space Our space is a great place for families located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car. The rental is a private apartment with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath, and two bedrooms. The living room has been set up to be a third bedroom with a pull-out queen-sized bed. Total, the rental can sleep six adult guests. The rental also has a backyard with a grill to cook on and patio to eat. Note to guests: We want you to have a great stay with us, and as you can see from our many reviews, people are pleased with choosing our rental for cleanliness, comfort and good neighborhood. We like to be upfront about our listings so guests are aware of what to expect - There is another unit above this apartment (it is an upper/lower duplex, with this rental being the lower one), so there is a good chance of noise from other guests. Many of the homes in this area, including this one, are 100 years old and therefore do have creaky wooden floors. In the past there has been some confusion as to the type of rental this is. It is a private apartment, "a rented apartment within a multi-unit residential building or complex". Parking is in the driveway. Guest access The backyard is set for guests with a grill for cooking and a patio to eat - see the images in our listing. Other things to note The rental does have a tenant upstairs in an entirely separate private apartment. Please note that many of the homes in this area, including this one, are 100 years old and therefore can have creaky floors.
