Our space is a great place for families located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car. The rental is a private apartment with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath, and two bedrooms. The living room has been set up to be a third bedroom with a pull-out queen-sized bed. Total, the rental can sleep six adult guests. The rental also has a backyard with a grill to cook on and patio to eat. The backyard is set for guests with a grill for cooking and a patio to eat - see the images in our listing. We value your privacy, so unless you need us we will leave you to your stay. We are a close-knit neighborhood and all watch out for each other. The rental does have a tenant upstairs in an entirely separate private apartment.
