Biltmore Village Apt, close to the Estate entrance

We made it through Helene, with no damage to our home or rental, we are thankful. We rely on tourism and are ready for you to visit. While the Biltmore Village won't be ready for the public for quite some time, there are many other bordering towns in WNC that are unaffected and ready for your visit. Day trips to those towns are highly recommended. The Biltmore Estate is reopening 11/2/24, so our apartment is perfect for you if they are the reason for your visit to Asheville. The space We are available if you need us, otherwise we keep to ourselves. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide off street parking for one vehicle. You have you own private porch and entrance. An added note...we do the cleaning ourselves as we want the space as clean as we’d want for ourselves. We take pride in our cleanliness. Look forward to having you. Guest access In this apartment, the entire area is yours. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and living area. You also have a separate private entrance and porch. Other things to note The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft, very spacious with vaulted ceilings. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide starter toilet paper, laundry detergent etc, but additional supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest. P.S. We ask you research the area before you come, regarding business/road closures and what is open for you to visit. Things are changing daily, as we rebuild.
