The apartment, obtained from the renovation of an old barn, consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped open space kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Located on the first floor, it is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and shared laundry. Outside, there is a swimming pool with a whirlpool, a barbecue, a children's play area, table tennis and foosball, all surrounded by a citrus grove. An ideal place for a vacation with family or friends, where you can relax and have fun. You can enjoy the swimming pool with a whirlpool, the barbecue for pleasant grills, the common room, the play area and all other shared spaces, available 24 hours a day. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet after 10:30 p.m., avoiding noise and shouting. Other things to note Towels and sheets are included in the rental price of the apartment to ensure maximum comfort. If you would like a midweek linen change, you can request it for a small surcharge. For your convenience, a shared laundry room is also available for washing clothes. In addition, the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and mini freezer, to give you the freedom to prepare your meals in comfort. There are also 4 kittens living in the facility. Friendly and discreet, they only seek a little food and lots of caresses. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, kittens cannot access the apartments, but will be happy to welcome you in the common areas.
