The space Large, 1,100 SF condo with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in The Nordic Inn. The Living Room features a flat screen cable TV and a DVD player, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, full sofa bed, and a large, walk-out balcony. The first bedroom features two queen beds, air conditioning, with a full, private bathroom with a 32" flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom features a king size bed, a full futon, a 32” flat screen cable TV, and a full bathroom. The full kitchen features all new appliances, a dining area that seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the eat-in bar. Located in the heart of the White Mountains, there is easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, golfing, fishing, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, leaf watching, canoeing, tubing, swimming holes, and fishing. The Nordic complex offers resort style amenities including indoor (heated) and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a Health Club with weights and cardio equipment, locker rooms with showers, an indoor racquet ball court, 3 dry saunas, an on-site laundry facility, an outdoor BBQ area, and a game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and video games. All of this is located within the Nordic inn, and there is NO RESORT FEE to use the amenities. They are available free to my guests. The unit also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi. A free ski shuttle to Loon Mountain runs every day except for Tuesday and Wednesday, and secure ski storage lockers are in the building. Discounted ski tickets are available for many of the local ski areas. Located on the scenic Kancamagus Highway and just 1 mile off Exit 32 on I-93. The property is in the center of the town of Lincoln, just across from Loon South Peak Mountain, and is within walking distance of dining, pubs, entertainment, swimming holes, hiking, and biking trails. Only a short drive away is Loon Mountain North Peak - 1.5 miles, and Cannon Mountain - 10 minutes, the Lost River Gorge, Clark's Trading Post (bear shows, steam locomotive, museums, circus acts, etc.) Whale's Tale Water Park, zip lines, hiking, and other activities. Mount Washington, Santa's Village, and Story Land are less than an hour away. Rental includes bed linens and bath towels. We recommend that swimmers using the pools bring beach towels as pool towels are not provided. The unit is professionally cleaned after every stay. Cleaning fee are included in the rate. I'm sorry, but the association does not allow pets. Guest access Our #227 condo in located on the right side as you face the Nordic Inn. When you arrive, enter through the main door where the Nordic Rental Desk is located (no need to stop at the desk). It closes at 6pm, so if you are going to arrive after 6pm, let me know and I will put a key in an outside lockbox so you can get in. In our condo, you will find a key to all the Nordic entry doors, so you can come and go as you please during your stay. (Please remember to leave the key when you depart.) The access code on our 227 unit door is set to 1123. Just press these numbers to unlock the door. If for some reason I change the code, I will let you know. Arrival and departure times are 3pm and 11am respectively.
