When standing in front of the house you can see the ocean at the end of the street. It is great for large family gatherings: 2 kitchens, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 king suites, 4 queens, 2 BRs with 2 twin beds. It is only five minutes from Barefoot Landing and twenty minutes to Broadway at the Beach. The space We do allow dogs (limit 3) $125 for the 1st dog and $50 for each additional pooch. This is a duplex : no internal stairway between the two units. Each unit provides its own private space. There is high speed internet service and HD cable boxes in the living areas. The TVs in the living areas are 60 in. Flat screens. There are new flat screens in 4 BRs. There is direct beach access at the end of our street with lots of golf cart parking in front of the sand dunes. We have a great beach access! It is not crowded and there are no steps so you can pull a wagon right to your perfect spot! The pool is very nice. It is heated during certain months of the year. The water temperature is kept between 84 and 88 degrees. In June, July, and August, the water does not need to be heated. In April, May, Sept., and Oct. The pool heater is turned on to keep the temperature at a constant temp. between 84 to 86 degrees. The pool is not heated from November through most of March due to evening temperatures that are too low for the heating system to maintain an 85+ degree temperature. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy. You can grill out by the pool on the Weber gas grill or sit in the rockers on the front porch and feel the ocean breeze. Each unit has an open living, dining, and kitchen area so you can cook, eat, and share memories together. Other things to note The lower area is wheelchair accessible. Beach wheelchairs are available to rent for a minor fee from the city. They will deliver them and pick them up as well. Each refrigerator has an ice maker with a cold water dispenser. There are disposals and dishwashers of course. There is a laundry room in each unit with a LG full size front loading washer and dryer. There is an ironing board and irons in each unit too!
