The unspoiled location of this lovely two-bedroom villa makes it a perfect destination for those looking to soak up some tropical vibes with a refreshing urban twist. Inside this villa blends a classic zingy cocktail, somewhere between a Manhattan and a Pina Colada mixing a contemporary New York loft-style with the rice paddies and an alang alang roof. The space Additionally, located in hip and happening Canggu, you don't have to go far to find the action whether you want to find a yoga class, go surfing at Echo Beach or party at Deus or Old Mans. Living Accommodation This two-story villa comprises of an open plan living area downstairs including a kitchen, comfortable living area with oversized grey sofas and an HD flat-screen TV. This generous area is air-conditioned and enclosed but has large patio doors that open out onto a petite sun terrace with a swimming pool. The thatched roof drips over the side, mingling with exotic bougainvillea, the glistening water, and the surging rice paddies and pockets of jungle, creating the perfect place for those refreshing cocktails. Meditate in the traditional bale or soak up the sun on one of the loungers, this is a space made for relaxation. Inside the kitchen, find all the modern conveniences that you would expect, including a fridge, gas hob, oven, and microwave. Stainless steel and black granite contribute to the slick modern feel of the space, but with plenty of good restaurants nearby, you probably won’t want to cook much. Muted tones and touches of red brick highlight the urban chic of the space as does the black wrought iron spiral staircase which climbs to the first floor. Accommodation The master bedroom with spacious dimensions overlooks the fabulous view of jungle and rice paddies. Again there is a tantalising fusion of traditional Asian and urban styles with red brick and black granite, bamboo, and Japanese lacquer. Slick and comfortable, a good nights rest is assured once you wrap yourself in the fresh white sheets of the king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a cordoned off toilet and shower. The second bedroom is also king-size with an ensuite and the same fabulous view but has slightly smaller dimensions. Like its master counterpart, everything about it can be summed up as modern, private, and stylish. Guest access Guests have full private access our villa, and our friendly yet discreet staff on hand daily to service the villa, and assist our guests with any of their needs. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: There is ongoing new villa construction 2 plots of land down from our villa. This may cause noise some periods of noise disturbance during certain construction periods. These works are scheduled to be finished by the end of year 2025. Due to this possible disturbance we have applied a 30% discount of our normal nightly rates. Confirmed bookings accept this notice, and note that no further compensation or cancellations will be accepted once the booking is confirmed. These works are ongoing between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm, 7 days per week.
