Idyllically located in the unspoiled nature of the Bavarian Forest, near the border to the Czech Republic, you will find all-round relaxation in our 4* holiday home at Johannesbühl with complete facilities. Silence and security, pure air and clear water, or simply put: rest and relaxation for all the senses. The space The bathroom has a large sink, toilet and shower, wall radiators and underfloor heating. Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. Two separate bedrooms with a double bed and a large closet are available. A children's travel cot can be provided if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a ceramic hob, oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, etc. A separate dining area is set up. The living room consists of two 2-seater sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection is available. Also a radio/CD player. A fireplace underlines the cozy atmosphere. The wood for heating is available free of charge. Books, magazines and board games are provided. The apartment is on the lower level and has a terrace that directly adjoins the garden. Garden furniture is provided. The large garden can also be used. From the apartment you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the nearby Perlsee as well as the beautiful Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest all around. Other things to note The charming landscape with over 200 km of marked hiking trails is considered an insider tip for nature lovers. Enjoy the beauty of nature and the impressive panorama in our picturesque surroundings and really switch off. Leave everyday life behind you, enjoy and relax with one of our numerous wellness offers. For active guests, we offer a lot of variety. From hiking, horseback riding, swimming to golf and tennis, everything is possible in the surrounding area. In winter you can toboggan extensively in the surrounding area, as well as skiing and cross-country skiing. Culture and leisure are also provided. Among other things, the festivals "Trenck der Pandur", "Märchenzeit" or the oldest historical festival in Germany "Der Drachenstich" await you. Also the visit of glassworks, museums or the ride with a carriage brings the desired variety. Perlhütte is a residential estate of the climatic health resort Waldmünchen in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park and is beautifully situated opposite the Perlsee. The Perlsee lake, located at the doorstep of Perlhütte, invites you to take a walk with its circular path. For hikers, nature lovers and mountain bikers, our area is an Eldorado. A foot and bike path leads past Perlhütte to both the border with the Czech Republic and Waldmünchen, called "Woldminga" by the locals. This is the nearest major place with shopping. There are also two beautiful children's playgrounds and a football pitch in the village that invite our little guests to let off steam. The "Perlsee Adventure Area" offers fishing, swimming fun in the Perlsee, pedal boat rental, a campsite, a lake restaurant with terrace and a mini golf course. Since June 2011 there has been the adventure playground "Räuberhöhle". In bad weather or in winter, a visit to the Aquafit adventure pool in Waldmünchen is recommended. Perlhütte is located on the edge of the forest near the Czech mountain Cerchov (1,042 m). From here, the Cerchov can be hiked on foot or cycled by mountain bike. However, on the hike to Mount Cerchov through the forest, about 6 kilometers of distance and about 500 meters of altitude must be overcome. The effort is worth it: in good weather conditions you have a magnificent panoramic view of our region from the Cerchov lookout tower.
