Next to the living room is a cozy reading/visiting room with a futon that can sleep two. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and has a comfortable bar area which allows for great conversation during meal preparation. There is a large pantry near the kitchen and an extra refrigerator in the garage. With the beautiful Arizona evenings, you may want to venture outside to the patio to enjoy the sunset while you barbecue. The patio has a retractable awning to shade the hot afternoon sun. When you are finally ready to head indoors, the large master suite features a king bed with a walk-in closet and the master bath has a a newly tiled shower. The two additional bedrooms have a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. There is a guest bath with a tub and shower and a fully equipped laundry room, along with all the linens you will need for your stay. When you are ready to venture out, there are two beach cruisers for your use in the garage. Everything you could need is within biking distance. There are several grocery stores, spas, golf courses, parks, fitness center, restaurants & coffee shops within biking/walking distance. The Phoenix area has every activity imaginable including great golf courses, a zoo, museums, botanical gardens, art galleries, theaters, hiking trails, biking trails, shopping & fine restaurants. If you are a sports fan Phoenix is home to many spring training baseball teams including their own Arizona Diamondbacks. You could also take in professional football - Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns basketball or Phoenix Coyotes NHL hockey. Several PGA and LPGA events are also held in the Phoenix area.
