The master bedroom is spacious and opens onto the north facing deck overlooking the desert open space and the McDowell Mountains in the background. The living room also opens to this deck and includes a fireplace for chilly winter nights. The den is open to the dining and living area and is great for watching television or reading a book. The kitchen was upgraded in style with quality appliances and granite counters. The washer and dryer is in a closet off the kitchen which also has an eating area. The deck off of this area faces Red Mountain and more desert open spaces and has an outdoor table and umbrella that seats 6. A single car garage may be provided. The whole condo is available, along with the views, at no extra charge. The pool and mailbox are available with a key, subject to pool rules. No busses, but Lyft or Uber drivers are available and a local taxi service that folks highly respect. This is a safe area for walking and riding bicycles. If you happen to be traveling with a dog, there is a fabulous dog park with separate fenced areas for small and large dogs. Dogs love it and its fun for us too! We all seem to know the dog's names more than the owner's at times. A guest registration form is required along with a $25 HOA fee to be filled out in case of emergency and forwarded to HOA. A pet fee of $110 is required for all non-service animal dogs. More than one dog may be additional. Rentals under 30 days pay a transient bed tax of over 14% and is included in the fees paid to Airbnb. Over 30 days is just 1.6% for residential rental tax which goes to Fountain Hills.
