The space Beach house 7 Baltic Sea Our thatched dream house „BalticSea “ with sea view from all living rooms and direct beach access has about 240 m² of living space, spread over 2 levels. There are 3 luxurious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private sauna, fully equipped kitchen area and a spacious living area with fireplace. You can relax wonderfully on the huge sun terrace to the south side with panoramic sea views, private beach chair and cozy seating area. A 2nd terrace is uniquely located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and is equipped with another beach chair and a comfortable seating area. From here you have an outstanding view of the large Lobber Bay of the Baltic Sea.   The light-flooded living and dining area with sea views is located on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with cozy sofas and an led UHD TV. In the cooler seasons, the fireplace, built in the living room, spreads a particularly cozy atmosphere.  The large integrated kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various small inventory makes every amateur chef's heart beat faster. A detached cooking island with seating completes the kitchen-living flair. On the ground floor you will find your own sauna area in the style of a chalet sauna with a walk-in shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the exceptionally beautiful upper floor. Here you can expect 3 bedrooms - 2 of them with a double bed (box-spring beds with continuous topper) of size 180x200 cm as well as their own TV. The two bedrooms with double beds have direct access to the respective bathroom, including sea views. One bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a double vanity and a freestanding bathtub - with great sea views. The other bathroom has a shower, also with a double sink. In the 3rd bedroom, you will find 2 single beds (box spring beds) measuring 90 x 200 cm and also a private TV.  In all bedrooms, it is possible to darken the windows.   There are 2 parking spaces available at the house. The entire house is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring (skinned oak) as well as the bathrooms with high-quality Villeroy & Boch sanitary facilities. Please do not walk barefoot on the wooden floor in the house and on the terrace. The fantastic beach house "Ostsee," with 4000 m² of property, is completely fenced and is one of the most beautiful vacation homes on the German Baltic Sea coast. It is ideally booked for 1 - 6 people. We ask for your understanding in the interest of our guests with allergic complaints that we do not allow pets to be brought. Attention! A lawn robot runs on the property. To avoid injuries, we ask our guests and especially the children to pay attention to them. Parents are liable for their children. Charging electronic vehicles or hybrid is prohibited here. This last ice age dominated by the last ice age enchants with endless sandy beaches, green salt marshes, rolling hills, dense reed belts, varied Bodden coasts, old fishermen's houses and idyllic harbors. Ideal for cycling, hiking, walking, jogging and for all kinds of water sports. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance of the "beach houses Lobbe".
