Villa Monique, built around 1884, not far from the historic market square of Alt-Sassnitz, was renovated until the beginning of 2013. The layout and design of the rooms were largely left according to the historical model during the renovation. The non-smoking house is allergy-friendly, pets are not allowed. The car parking space is on the street by the house. The garden with a south-facing terrace and beach chair invites you to linger. Of course, it is also ideal for smokers!
