Guests may also take advantage of nearby walking, running and biking trails, municipal pool, and city parks. You'll have your own dedicated off-street parking space steps away from the door to Hello Sunshine, so none of the hassles of parking downtown, yet all the convenience. Cook your own meals with all the necessities. Beverage fridge and countertop icemaker in the unit, access to full sized refrigerator and freezer available upon request. Sleep comfortably on the full sized murphy bed or on the pull out sofa. Watch movies or television or listen to records on the record player. Enjoy all Lawrence has to offer with local guides and resources provided. You'll have the entire studio apartment to yourself for total privacy. Hello Sunshine is located in what is known as Old East Lawrence. This historic neighborhood contains some of the oldest structures in town and is known for its diversity, emphasis on the arts, and independent spirit. Hello Sunshine is within walking distance to many local attractions, and bicycles are available upon request. Shuttle stop to football games is one block away. Lawrence also offers Uber and Lyft services. Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs to stay at Hello Sunshine.
