The house has two-zone central air and heat, Wi-Fi, and offers several seating and dining areas. The driveway can park 4+ cars, which is very important during high season. All entry doors are digitally operated, so no need for keys! This house has lots of options for relaxing with friends. There are 6 different social areas within the house and backyard -- many more intimate places than the new construction homes with their open concept. Parking is generous for 4+ cars. There is a gaming table for the kids, plus board games and a library of books offered to the tenants. The house is fresh and light and a great place to be even if its pouring rain outside.
