Cherry Tree Lodge, a stylish space located 25 mins walk from the picturesque & historic Bradgate Park. Anstey is 10 mins walk with a regular bus service to Leicester. 10 mins drive to M1 J21. A comfortable private living space for up to 3 people within our house. Outdoor terrace with bistro table set. There is a private entrance & parking space for 2 cars. Large TV, clothes storage, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, microwave, a dining set & wine glasses. Desk & chair. The space Our space has everything you need for a short stay! Comfortable double bed (extra single fold out bed can be arranged with prior notice) & blackout curtains. 55inch TV with Netflix, kitchenette including a kettle, toaster & combination oven/microwave. We supply tea, coffee & sugar along with salt & pepper. We provide a set of cutlery along with plates, bowls, cups & glasses. You don’t even need to worry about washing up, our dishwasher has that covered! Full length mirror - essential! Desk & chair, handy if you’re working away from home. On request. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower enclosure with a rain shower head. Iron & ironing board available on request. Jo Guest access Self-check in via a key safe. The entrance is at the rear of the house. The space is accessed through a double wooden gate. Car parking space for 2 cars on driveway. Other things to note There is one step (24cm) to access the patio area to enter the lodge. The lodge is at the rear of our property overlooking our garden which you’re welcome to use. Our dog enjoys being in the garden so we kindly ask all guests to keep the gate closed. If you’re not a dog lover please let us know as we will keep the dog indoors. We are a family of 4, so please expect some noise, similar to being in a hotel. Noise is kept to a minimum on weekday evenings.
