The space Antique apartment • Apartment is situated at the ground floor of our house, south-oriented, overlooking the lemon trees and orange trees in our garden. • The apartment has a separate entrance from the street. It has two separate bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, fridge, gas stove and the necessary pans and crockery. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a LCD TV. The bathroom offers all modern conveniences (shower, wash-basin,washing machine and WC). Towels and bed linen are provided. • The apartment is comfortable for 4 people. • It is equipped with air-conditioning, a television set with satellite channels and wireless Internet. • The total floor of the apartment 50 m2. • All guests have a reserved parking lot next to the house. • In the courtyard, among the lemon and orange trees, you have the barbecue at your disposal. Welcome 🤗 Guest access Our guest can use a summer kitchen with barbecue and whole terrace in front of the house. Of course there is a free park place for your car! Other things to note The price does not include the sojourn tax, paid 1Eur per person and per day (mandatory, payable at location)
