The landscaping team are on resort almost daily maintaining the highest of standards. Our home features 7 Bedrooms, EACH with their own Bathroom. All our Bedrooms have a smart TV. In fact, all the TV's in the villa are smart TV's and have extended packages, offering hundreds of channels including many sport channels. There is a master King bedrooms is downstairs and there is another master King bedroom upstairs. Both have walk-in wardrobes. The house is located at the far end of a Cul- de-sac overlooking the larger of the two lakes in Lake Berkley. which adds to the privacy and peacefulness available on the pool deck. The south facing pool deck is accessible from the family room allowing guests to sit out at all times of the day or night and enjoy the superb waterfront and wildlife. Our home boosts a vast variety of equipment, including free fast Wi-Fi connection, smart televisions in every room, Sonos sound system, your own gas BBQ, fishing rods and tackle, Play Station 4 with games, Blu Ray player, badminton & tennis rackets and basketball for your enjoyment on the resort courts.
