When you travel with a large group where do you put the food. Most if not all places provide you with 1 fridge we provide 2. It seems like a minor point but when you have 15-19 people with 4 different diets 1 fridge will not do! This incredible 8 bedroom Villa is situated at Champion's Gate, a quick trip of less than 15 minutes to the happiest place on Earth and home to the thrilling Oasis water park (included) right down the road! This Villa sleeps up to 19 guests comfortably with 7 large suites and a 'Minions' themed bedroom with bunk beds! There are bedrooms across both floors creating spacious living quarters and privacy for the whole family. The excitement of having your own vacation home does not end with a home theater at your disposal complete with black leather recliners and a games room with a ping pong and pool table! Outdoor Living Space: Private screened-in swimming pool and spillover spa (optional heating) Five sun loungers, six-seat patio table, and an extra 4 seat area and table for a comfortable outdoor seating area Pool & Spa heating optional ($45/day) Please do not attempt to tamper with any pool equipment or the heating controls. They are all automated. The spa on/off timer switch is outside beside the patio doors. Please note when the outside temperature drops to a certain point, the heater will automatically cut off. Please be aware that pool temperatures are implied and not guaranteed as they are governed by many factors including prevailing weather conditions, nighttime temperatures, the position of the pool, time of day, etc. BBQ/ and additional cribs may be rented directly from the property manager (Jeeves) at an additional cost. BBQs must be used outside the pool/lanai area for fire and safety regulations. Several guests have rented BBQ's but end up not using them as they become too busy! Rental costs will not be refunded regardless if you use them or not. Quiet time for the resort and residents of Osceola County is sunset. - During the Christmas and New Year peak period the minimum booking charge is for 6 nights. A 7 nights Christmas booking can be any period to Dec 28th and a 7 nights New Year booking can be any period from Dec 27th. A single week booking during the Christmas/New Year period can not include both Christmas and New Year (unless for 12 nights). Guest access You will have access to the complete 3909sq. ft home together with the Oasis Club at no additional cost. There are no keys to worry about since the property is accessed by keypad and codes are given to you. Other things to note Effective May 21st, 2020 according to guidance from the State of Florida. The booking must include the names of guests of those staying in the home due to Covid-19 as a condition of the reservation. Pool & Spa heating (optional $45us day) The Spa will not heat unless pool heat is purchased. Please do not attempt to tamper with any pool equipment or the heating controls. Please note when the outside temperature drops to a certain point, the heater will automatically cut off. Please be aware that pool temperatures cannot be implied or guaranteed as they are governed by many factors including prevailing weather conditions, nighttime temperatures, position of the pool, time of day, etc. Garbage: Garbage is picked up every morning 7 days a week. Please put out garbage "inside" the plastic seat by the front door every night.
