New City-Appartement in Town Center

The space My newly renovated apartment in the center close to Lendplatz, in the heart of Graz, is the start of your sightseeing or shopping trip through Graz. When you come back home, a wonderful, stylish and fully equipped apartment is waiting for you. Free wi-fi, a stereo-device with cd and bluetooth, a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Coffee-machine, dish-washer, stove, microwave and a table for 4 persons make your stay even more pleasant. If you arrive by car, parking is possible in a distance of only 5 minutes by feet and very cheap. Directly at the appartment you can park for unloading your luggage. I also have a free parking space (about 10 minutes by feet), which is free mostly! We now (July 2015) have a washing machine in our apartment!!
