You will likely hear us going about life upstairs during the day. If it’s ever too noisy please let us know. Also be aware the hot tub is up some uneven stairs with no railing around the house in the back yard. You can access it more easily but a longer walk around the front of the house. I have Sunday check in blocked. You can ask if it’s available though. We live in a quiet neighborhood with many children. My neighbors watch very closely and have called the police before. No smoking/vaping inside! Any illegal activity (marijuana included) is immediately reported to authorities and is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. We have security cameras outside that we monitor.
