Basement apartment. We live upstairs. 1.6 miles/6 minute drive to closest shopping/restaurants, 7 miles/18 minutes to downtown Ogden. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub. The space Separate basement apartment with its own entrance. Completely private space that you'll have to yourself including the game room. Spacious rec room and big bedrooms. Lots of fun games and things to do. In a residential neighborhood up the mountain bench. Not as close to town and amenities as some prefer. 1.6 miles and about 6 minutes into North Ogden shopping/restaurant’s. 7 miles and 15-20 minutes to downtown Ogden amenities. I include this info due to several previous guests giving lower star reviews in the “location” category so you know this going into the booking. Thanks! Guest access This is a separate basement apartment. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Plenty of street parking for more than 1 vehicle. Other things to note No crazy parties!! Separate basement apartment. We live upstairs and we do have 3 kiddos. You will likely hear us going about life upstairs during the day. If it’s ever too noisy please let us know. Also be aware the hot tub is up some uneven stairs with no railing around the house in the back yard. You can access it more easily by a longer walk around the front of the house. I have Sunday check in blocked. You can ask if it’s available though. We live in a quiet neighborhood. City has a noise ordinance outside after 10 pm. No smoking/vaping inside! Any illegal activity (marijuana included) is immediately reported to authorities and is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. We have security cameras outside that we monitor.
