Guest access Guests have access to entire condo (aside from one locked owners' closet) and all shared spaces in condo complex (pool, laundry, game room, locker rooms, lawn, parking lot, etc.) Some community areas may be closed during pandemic. Other things to note The community swimming pool for the building is open in the summer. The hot tub is open year round. During Pandemic, both may be closed.
