Located on the 3rd and last floor (with lift), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room. The space The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker... - Room 1 : a queen-size bed (160x200). - Bedroom 2 : two single beds. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet Outside : - A terrace of about 20 m², facing South-West, facing the sea with bioclimatic pergola and furniture (table, chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, storage box for cushions) to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
