The accommodation is located in downtown Madrid, parallel to Gran Vía, near Plaza España, Opera, Royal Palace and Callao. Very safe apartment, above the police station. The apartment is spacious and bright, with heating and AC in summer. It has cutlery, kitchen items, private bathroom, WIFI and Smart TV Sleeps 2 guests. The building also has an entrance hall and doorman who can help you with whatever you need, their hours are from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm every day. It has 2 elevators that go up to the 5th floor. To go up to the 6th floor you will have to climb very few stairs. There is a garbage room on the -1 floor and entrance to the building with a code (which will be provided upon arrival) All apartments are approximately 45 square meters in size with double exterior windows, all have air conditioning and heating and are very bright. It is a quiet and safe building designed for the traveler.
