You are warmly welcome to a unique stay in our lounge. Located in the center of Marolles en Hurepoix, you will be at 10 minutes from the RER C and only 30 minutes from Paris. The neighborhood is safe, calm, and discreet. The accommodation is as modern as It is rustic. It benefits from facilities such as a billiard table, a corner bathtub, a home cinema, and an atypical design. It is an ideal place to meet on a small committee. The space The lounge is an old converted barn of 80m². The main living room has solid oak flooring; a circular bed (210x210cm); a corner bathtub in Gold with seat (210x150cm); a pool table; ecological pellet heating; a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob; a flat-screen (80cm) with Apple TV and Netflix; a Bluetooth speaker; a vinyl turntable; Wi-Fi; a Shiva hookah with Its accessories; then dim lighting with three options (White, Red, Blue, and Pink). Concerning the bathroom, we have provided you a rectangular hydro massage shower cubicle (80x120cm); a flexible shower head; a control screen for ventilation, music, or lighting (White and Blue); a wall-mounted hairdryer; a care kit that includes two towels, a soap, a shower gel, and a shampoo; a wooden wardrobe with three shelves; a toilet; a rectangular wall-mounted bathroom sink with a storage door (40x20cm); a rectangular mirror; a scale. As an option for couples, we also provide a secret palette containing a pair of red furry love handcuffs; a rhinestone swing; a removable set with collar, handcuffs, ankles, and cuffs; a roulette wheel with spikes; a massage abacus; five rollers with spikes; a red feather duster; four masks; a fluorescent erotic dice game; a board game "the cult game of love" with more than 1000 questions and answers on seduction (in French). Guest access The accommodation is discreet, easy, and free to access. We will assign the keys to you upon your arrival. Subsequently, you can enter and exit the lounge as you want. Free parking is available fifteen meters from the property. If you take public transport, the RER C, Marolles en Hurepoix stop, is over ten minutes walk away. Other things to note Please note that we do not charge additional cleaning fees, however, we expect our guests to respect our property and leave it in the same condition as they found it.
