Hello everyone !! ^^ We welcome you in a pretty house in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and a market on Saturday. Just 5 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Rome, 10 minutes from the famous ancient ostia excavations. Independent entrance, veranda with independent kitchen and barbecue, outdoor shower. Living room with kitchen. the beds: - 1 standard double bed (standard) - 2 single beds - 1 sofa bed (double bed) The space A sweet hammock in the center of the garden that will let you sleep very well :D Guest access Access to a large garden with veranda where you can easily organize dine in summer with a fantastic stone barbecue. Independent outdoor kitchen. In the back of the house there are wires to hang clothes and a delightful outside shower (I personally once inside I would not go out anymore :). You will come to a 75 sqm house, 2 inside bathrooms with 2 showers + 1 outside shower, independent entrance, totally autonomous, if you need us we are in the house near yours (and we will never be disturbe you and we will not come never to your house.) In the living room of 16 sqm you will find the kitchen with everything you need to make it stand alone, with a 42" TV and a comfortable sofa bed that turns into 5 seconds in a double bed. Some clients ask me if the apartment is for their exclusive use, the answer is yes, whether you are a person or more, everything will be at your complete disposal without any sharing with people who are not of your group, if you are a couple for example or a single you can choose the room where to sleep, the one you prefer, the house will be only and exclusively of the only reservation made. **most important, is provide documents at the arrival for the fast communications to the italian authority especially if you stay only 1 night, also for not disturb anymore you during the day** - Tourist tax offered for all people (2 euros per person per day) if you stay up to 6 days, if you stay for 7 days or more, the tourist tax will be charged for the entire period (Es 7 days), cause you will enjoy the weekly or monthly discount already.
