Lancaster County Rental in unique Bavarian Village

The Handel Haus is located in northern Lancaster County, known as the Antiques District. Surrounded by antiques and beautiful farmland, our house rental is just the place to relax, unwind, and enjoy your surroundings. The space The Handel Haus, our 3 bedroom vacation rental, is situated along the main plaza of Stoudtburg Village, a small Bavarian village, in Northern Lancaster County, PA. The charm and uniqueness you will find in this quaint little old world village will keep you coming back, time and time again. The main part of Stoudtburg village features homes with quaint little shops below with the living area on the second and third floor. Throughout the village you will find a wonderful coffee shop, Knick knack shops, jewelry store, yoga studio, German restaurant and much more. Not to mentions the abundance of antique shops and flea markets surrounding the village. The surrounding area boast covered bridges, Amish farmlands, museums, great restaurants, amusement parks and plenty more. Lancaster County, PA is a fun filled place with plenty to do for both adults and children. Guest access The Handel Haus is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation rental. Most houses located in the Bavarian Village feature a shop on the lower level and living quarters on the 2nd and 3rd floor. As you enter our home you will be directed up the stairs to the main living quarters. The master bedroom has a king size bed and in suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The 2nd floor also features the living room with gas-log fireplace and flat screen T.V. The dining room boasts a table for 4 with some extra boards in case more room is needed. The dining room also has a small standing balcony that looks out over the main plaza. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. Of course we have not planned for a gourmet meal to be cooked but would love to help stock our kitchen with any suggestions you would have. This is a great space for holiday getaway in beautiful Lancaster, Pa but a holiday wouldn't be complete without a great meal. The third floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional sitting area with a flat screen T.V. The bedrooms on the third floor feature two twin beds and a queen size bed. This space is what makes is wonderful for families, the kids can camp out on the 3rd floor while the adults enjoy time together on the main floor. Our home does feature an office space on the first floor, where clients are seen, it is not a retail shop and guests do not come and go from this area. When entering the home the first floor hallway is a shared space, you will continued through the locked French glass doors that will lead up to the main living area on second and third floor. Please note that these homes do have multiple staircases. The living quarters are located on the second and third floor, but the laundry room is located downstairs in the basement. *Please note in reference to a recent review we have switched cleaning companies and strive to do our best to create a home away from home feel in all of our rentals. Other things to note Pets not accepted. There will be and additional fee of $10 per person per night over 4 guest. The guest booking the reservation will be required to provide information after they have booked. We will ask you for your billing address and email for our records. Insurance purposes dictate that we must collect this information from someone that has access to our property.
