Overall, all rooms are very neat and clean and optimally designed for a family: Ground floor with wardrobe, shoe cabinet and guest toilet, living room with cozy sofa & armchair, smart TV flat screen with Netflix, dining room with huge extendable table and chairs as well as children's chairs, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, powerful mixer for delicious smoothies, juicer, Monsieur Cuisine Thermomix, oven, dishwasher, 2-storey refrigerator, freezer). 1st floor: bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2 m), children's room with bed (90 x 200 cm) and additional mattress, children's room with house bed (90 x 200 cm), family bathroom with bathtub and shower. 2nd floor: huge master bedroom (box spring bed 2 x 2 m) with lake view and a home office workstation with monitor. Garden: terrace with 6 chairs, Napoleon gas grill, awning, sun loungers, trampoline and direct access to the private playground with swing, seesaw and large sandbox. Facing south and thus glorious sun all day. A paddling pool is also available and can be inflated with the electric pump. Basement: Private fitness and yoga room with different weights, barbell bar, TRX bands, tubes, yoga mat, pull-up bar and with the highlight after a good workout: the infrared cabin (up to 65 degrees). Washing machine, dryer and drying rack Other: 2 e-bikes, Thule children's trailers for 2 children, 2 parking spaces right outside the door. A stand-up paddle can also be provided on request. Guest access Right in front of the house there are 2 parking spaces, from which you can easily reach the house. The house is very quiet in a family settlement and only a few meters away from the so-called Fürstenhäuschen (where the poet Annette von Droste-Hülshoff lived). In just 2 minutes' walk you can reach the Meersburg Upper Town with the castle, the state winery, the historic castle and cozy restaurants. Shopping facilities such as Edeka and Lidl are also within walking distance. On the shores of Lake Constance and the waterfront promenade, you can take a leisurely walk through the city center in just 10 minutes. In the city center is also the ferry terminal with which you can easily reach Konstanz and any other city on Lake Constance. Other things to note Meersburg is ideal as a "home base" for exploring Lake Constance in all directions. The small town has an idyllic charm in the historic ambience - on the sunny side of the lake. The sunsets on the shore here are a real experience!
