There are 3 TVs, 1 in the living room and 1 in each suite, with digital open TV and Prime Video, Pluto TV, Vix, Plex, Runtime and Fawesome channels for the 3 TVs, and guests can access other streaming channels if they have a subscription. The furniture is new. We offer linens, towels, soap, and toilet paper. For food preparation, we provide soybean oil, olive oil, salt, sugar, wheat flour, seasonings and coffee powder. There are all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as an airfryer, breadmaker, coffee maker and blender. It has a terrace with a roof, barbecue and exclusive laundry. The house is below another house, has 22 steps for access and has no garage, but it is possible to park on the public street in front of the house, at no cost. Available are an Imagem e Ação board game and two decks of cards for family fun. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and will share an outdoor area with a balcony and garden with the owner and cleaning staff, without compromising privacy.
