It is under another house and, in another outdoor area, it has a balcony and a small garden, shared with the owner. The space Being in a hill, the view from the house is wonderful, you can enjoy the Serra da Beleza, to the horizon, and part of the city. Sunrise and moonrise are fantastic. Between the kitchen and living room there is a bar counter, for relaxation and confraternization. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. There are 3 TVs, 1 in the living room and 1 in each suite, with digital open TV and Prime Video, Pluto TV, Vix, Plex, Runtime and Fawesome channels for the 3 TVs, and other streaming channels can be accessed if the guest has a subscription. The furniture is new. We offer bedding, bath, soap and toilet paper. For food preparation, we provide soybean oil, olive oil, salt sugar, wheat flour, seasonings and coffee powder. There are all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as airfryer, bakery, coffee maker and blender. It has a rooftop terrace, barbecue and exclusive laundry. The house is below another house, has 22 steps for access and does not have a garage, but it is possible to park in the public street in front of the house, free of charge. One board game Image and Action and two deck games available for family fun. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and will share with the owner and the housekeeper an outdoor area with a balcony and garden, without compromising privacy. The house has an exclusive patio, laundry and barbecue area. Other things to note We offer linens, towels, soap, and toilet paper. For food preparation, we provide soybean oil, olive oil, salt, sugar, wheat flour, seasonings and coffee powder. There are all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as an airfryer, bread maker, coffee maker and blender. The showers are 220 V and the outlets are 110 V.
