The charming space offers a first floor kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and tableware, two separate dining areas, and a living room with inviting furniture, including smart TV. The second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, an upstairs parlor/bedroom with a full bed and sitting area, and a simple bathroom. A flagstone patio and lawns invite outdoor relaxation. The ocean sparkles at the end of this quiet block, and Prosehaven's off-street parking area offers the perfect spot to leave the car after a day exploring midcoast. Stroll downtown and discover Rockland's museums, restaurants, harbor, quirky shops, pubs, festivals, boardwalk, and nightlife. Strong wifi, smart tv, and even smarter books available, and please do browse the bookshelves. Best for adults who appreciate historic buildings, don't mind stairs, and favor the idiosyncratic. Concord Bus connects to Amtrak station in Portland, as well as Logan and South Station in Boston.
