Full kitchen; dining room; living room; desk and office chair; bathtub and shower; queen bed; huge washer and dryer; Smart TV; ample storage space; off-street parking. Walk to dining, groceries, parks, museums. 3 mins to I-25 and I-40, 10 mins to airport. Guest access I live in a house at the front of the property that shares one adjoining, soundproofed wall with your casita (my spare room and laundry room/ your kitchen and dining room). The casita has a private entrance and garden and is set far back from the street - really quiet. Other things to note Please review house rules before booking: - Non-smokers only. Tobacco and marijuana use, as well as marijuana possession, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). - No weapons allowed anywhere on the premises. - No pets. - No events or excessive noise. - Guests may not disconnect alarms, electronics or appliances. - All guests must be declared at time of booking. (It may be possible to add a second guest later with owner's permission).
