Located about 1.5 km from the Rochebrune cable car and 3 km from the city center, our recent 40 m² individual chalet will allow you to return with skis on your feet in winter, by the Émile Allais off-piste. Characterful, it has private access and parking. It has a bedroom and a mezzanine under the slope, in a cozy and warm atmosphere. The private terrace will allow you to enjoy the calm of the countryside. The space The chalet includes 1 bedroom, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, stereo and DVD player. The 200 m² garden has outdoor furniture, an umbrella and an electric barbecue. The floor area is 25 m2. The bedroom, under the roof, is accessible by a ladder. This sleeping space (15 m2) is closed but does not allow you to stand. Guest access The chalet is completely private. Parking is available on the private property.
