Casual cottage on horse farm in rural setting. Stroll through the flower gardens and paddock lanes of the 30 acre horse farm. Watch horses trained dressage. Country atmosphere but still only 10 minutes to grocery store, 5 minutes to restaurants, 15 minutes to historical downtown Deland, Stetson University & skydive Deland. 30 minutes to Daytona Speedway, 45 minutes to the beach. NO WI-FI The space Wake up to nature every morning as you step out into the garden. Butterflies, humming birds, owls, hawks, kites, raccoons, possums, armadillos, squirrels, deer, pilliated woodpeckers and so many more are common visitors on the farm in addition to 20 horses. Guest access Your living space is a detached building and therefore very private although there is a small tool room attached to which the gardener almost never uses. Other things to note The front door is actually around the back side when you arrive. Please park inside the yellow box right next to the cottage so I can get by you on the left with my ATV. It’s OK to park on the mulch.
