This Loft has its own entry which is controlled by an electronic lock system. Entry to the building and the hallways are the only shared/common areas. As there is no staff on site, a team member will reach out by email or call ahead to obtain a card on file to activate your door codes. There is a mini bar in your loft suite; billed based on consumption. SLO Brew Lofts are a Self Check IN Vacation Rental facility without a 24HR Front Desk. Staff is rarely onsite and best communication practice is through text message. Being located in the heart of Downtown SLO has awesome advantages... You are within walking distance to the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment the town has to offer! There is easy freeway access to further destinations like Pismo or Avila Beach, Hearst Castle or San Simeon. Our central location allows for easy access to public transportation (bus and trolly). Uber and Lyft are also now available options in SLO. We have a 10-minute Passenger Loading Zone, for your convenience. Please be mindful, they will ticket you if you leave it for more than 10 -minutes. For our guests, we have one overnight parking pass for each suite that is valid at the Marsh Street Parking Structure (corner of Marsh & Morro). Please make sure to park on the second level up, do not park on the ground floor. Guests will be responsible for any daily parking rates in/out of the parking structures or meters, etc. Because we don't have a parking lot or valet, we recommend parking in the City Parking Structure, city lots and metered spaces (valid 9 am to 6 pm), or free parking on nearby residential streets. Please read all street signs for parking restrictions, as every street can vary. SLO's downtown entertainment district is open until 2 am. Additionally, the City generally schedules daily maintenance and cleaning for early mornings. Please be aware that the noise from these activities can be loud and disruptive, and are to be expected as part of the downtown urban experience.
